I am so excited to announce that Mitch and I are having a baby! We are over the moon and can’t wait to meet our new little addition next year. We have always said we would like to be youngish parents so we are absolutely thrilled.
I have been trying to keep as healthy as possible, and want to keep up exercise and fitness hopefully for my whole pregnancy as I know it will make everything better and easier for me in the long term. Sickness has eased off now but headaches and dizziness has kicked in – any advice/tips for this would be brilliant!! I don’t want to keep taking paracetamols…
I plan on blogging lots about my pregnancy as I am enjoying reading other ladies journeys, so please do let me know if there is anything in particular you would like to hear or know.
